Agent Sasco has built an extraordinary rÈsumÈ in reggae and dancehall crafting music. Despite these accomplishments, the artiste is relentlessly modest.

The reggae/dancehall artiste told The Gleaner that he is aware that people familiar with his work have come to expect a level of quality and substance, referring to even Rodney 'Bounty Killer' Price's endorsement of the album on social media as a testament.

Price posted the image of the album cover artwork on Instagram with the caption, "I didn't even listen to the album as yet but I can certainly assure you it's worth it to go purchase a copy- real artiste, with real music."

He made another post of an autographed copy of the album in which he called out critics who labelled dancehall music as "watered down" and states that Hope River will prove them wrong being a well-written, well-composed and well-produced album by one of Jamaica's own.

"The music first has been the approach for this project. I think I've represented myself and music in a consistent way over the course of my career," said Agent Sasco.

The CD booklet, as well as any digital proof of purchase, also doubles as an invitation to a concert to celebrate the release of the album on September 29.

Sasco shares that he will be performing, and maybe also some of the entertainers he has collaborated with, though he's keeping that a surprise. What's not a surprise is that he will be accompanied by his band, Sound Agents.
